Capabilities
One building, from bare metal to palletised closures.
Most closure suppliers either decorate metal or convert it. ACM does both on the same site in Jeddah's Industrial Area 1 Phase III, so a customer deals with one specification, one schedule and one audit trail.

Five stages, one roof.

Sheet intake and gauge control
Aluminium, tinplate and tin-free steel arrive as sheet. Every incoming delivery is checked against the job specification before it is released to the press.

Offset printing
Multi-colour offset printing runs in-house on sheet up to 45 × 38 in. Colour is matched to the brand owner's standard and varnish adhesion is proved on the scratch resistance scale.

Coating and curing
A separate coating line with two LTG ovens applies vinyl, acrylic, polyester or epoxy systems, including food-contact interior lacquers selected for the product being packed.

Conversion
Printed sheet is converted into aluminium ROPP caps, 21-crimp pry-off crowns and twist-off crowns on dedicated high-speed press and lining lines.

Packing and dispatch
Finished closures are counted, packed and palletised for local pick-up or export, with batch identity retained back to the original sheet.
Laboratory testing and release sit alongside these stages. Seal, torque, thickness and corrosion testing are covered on the Quality page.
